This error means the stream could not be loaded, the most common reasons for this include:
- (Wowza) Certificate or StreamLock certificate issue, test by opening Wowza on the streaming port., i.e., https://abcd.streamlock.net:1936 or https://panel.domain.com:1936 depending if streamlock is installed or not.
 - Transcoder may not have enough power to produce the stream.
 
Generally you can identify common issues with the following steps:
- Open Google Console and reload the page.
 - Open Console and it should display any major issues for the playlist.m3u8 file:
 

- 404 Not Found generally means the stream is not created or not streaming.
 - You can right click the link and open in new tab to check for further problem.
 
If the problem persists:
- Restart Wowza Streaming Engine.
 - Check StreamLock or Wowza AutoSSL Certificate, reinstall Wowza AutoSSL if required /root/init autossl-wse.
 - Disable all Transcoder profiles (including Passthru) and nDVR features.
 - Restart the service and try again.
