Hi [FIRSTNAME],
Thank you for contacting our helpdesk our system simply shows the transaction as declined.
I have reviewed the transaction gateway log and can see that your bank has provided a response code of `do_not_honor`. These response codes are a global standard format and are independent of platform. This error is produced directly by your bank and Stripe is only facilitating the message. The reference from the Stripe website specifically identifies that `Stripe is not given any additional information beyond the decline code and cannot provide insight into why the card was declined.`

> If a card is declined with the decline code do_not_honor, the only way to resolve this is to ask your customer to reach out to their card-issuing bank to look at the transaction and determine why it was declined. Customers should provide the bank with the charge amount, date/time, and the company name for assistance.

I would recommend quickly attempting the payment again, if the payments are still declined, you will need to contact your card issuer for more information.
In our experience, there is likely no block on your account as a whole but an automated system within the bank that is blocking the individual transaction coming from an Australian Vendor. In this case you will need to contact your bank again, specifically contacting the fraud department if available, and identify the specific transaction that was declined so that they can add an exception here.
