How to refresh product license

After upgrading or downgrading the MediaCP product license, it may be required to refresh the information from the Media Control Panel software. You can refresh the product license data by following the steps below:

  1. Login to Media Control Panel as an administrator
  2. Select [Administration] -> [Software Updates] from the side navigation menu
  3. On this page select [REFRESH LICENSE]
