I have paid for X Stations Plan but MediaCP only shows Y Stations

Upgrading or downgrading your plan may require you to refresh the plan and license details from the MediaCP software. After some time this will occur automatically however you can apply the change immediately by following the below procedure:

  1. Login to your MediaCP as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Administration -> Software Updates from the left side menu
  3. Press the Refresh License button
  4. Your plan should now be updated and show the corrent number of Stations
  • license, stations, plan, subscription
