Finding Suspended Services

If you need to unsuspend a user's media service, and are having difficulty finding the suspended service you can edit the panel configuration to show suspended services on the service listing page by following these steps:

Display Suspended Services

  1. Select Administration -> System Config

  2. Navigate to the Services tab

  3. Change theĀ Suspended ServicesĀ setting to Display suspended services on listing page

  4. Select Save Configuration

You will now see suspended services on the primary listing page and not just on the customers own list of services.
