If you need to unsuspend a user's media service, and are having difficulty finding the suspended service you can edit the panel configuration to show suspended services on the service listing page by following these steps:
Display Suspended Services

Select Administration -> System Config

Navigate to the Services tab

Change the Suspended Services setting to Display suspended services on listing page
- Select Save Configuration
You will now see suspended services on the primary listing page and not just on the customers own list of services.
